A BVBIA Coach is more than any ordinary coach. BVBIA coaches receive direct support from BVBIA's Technical Directors and Coach Development Teams, as well as full access to Borussia Dortmund's world-class training methodology adapted for the North American player. BVBIA ensures affiliate clubs are in alignment with Dortmund's standards and encourage ongoing professional development.

As a BVBIA Coach, you will be able to leverage a library of professional coaching resources, session planning tools, and developmental frameworks designed to elevate both players and staff. You will also have the opportunity to participate in exclusive BVB events in the U.S. and Germany, including ID camps, international training experiences, and opportunities for elite player and coach exposure. You will be able to develop players the right way and have the tools to lead them.
