FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
BVBIA Colorado is proud to offer a limited number of scholarships to families to help offset fees associated with participating on a BVBIA Colorado Competitive Soccer team. The BVBIA Colorado Board of Directors Scholarship Subcommittee reviews and approves all submitted financial aid applications. All application information is kept 100% confidential.
REQUIREMENT CHECKLIST FOR ELIGIBILITY
- Commitment to Attendance: The player and family must make a commitment to attend a minimum of 80% of scheduled practices and games.
- Complete Application: This application must be completed by a parent, guardian, or head of household, with all requested information provided. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Player Commitment: The player must agree to the commitment requirement.
- Parent/Guardian Commitment: The parent/guardian must agree to the commitment requirement.

- Attend a tryout or meet with a coach and receive an invite to join the club.
- Secure your spot: Complete and submit the 2025/2026 Player Commitment Registration to secure your player’s spot with the club.
- Apply for Financial Aid: Complete and submit the Financial Aid application form after registering your player (Step 2). The deadline for this application is July 15th for the Fall season or January 15th for the Spring season. Applications submitted after these dates may not be considered.
- Award Determination: After the award determination date, you will be contacted by email with award information.
- Final Registration: If you accept the award, you will receive an email with instructions to complete your final registration and set up a payment plan.
